This is my go-to place for pizza, however this time they dropped the ball. My pizzas were very thin, overly crispy, and skimpy with the toppings. Hopefully this is just a one time thing, Very disappointing.

We have found that when its a "busy" time, holiday or long weekend, the quality drops off dramatically. Typically, the sauce has wonderful rich flavor. meats are plentiful and tasty - but not when they are busy. Everything is lacking in both taste and quantity. We will still order from Sergio's, just not during their busy times, holidays or long weekends.
